I want to order Samsung S10 and the delivery date of that device is on 8th of March. But I will be out of this country on March and will be back by April 7th. I will tell my landlord to take the delivery and if he miss to take it what will happen to the device? How can I collect it?

if the dhl delivery man, can't deliver the parcel to you, you have a week time, to get it (by yourself) from the post office, else it will be returned and the contract will be cancelled. Why don't you order the Samsung Galaxy S10 when you come back to Germany?
