I have entered the zugangs pin given in the documentation of my DSL contract, but it no longer works.

O2 customer service is closed today so antone that can help asap is appreciated!
I have called customer service and the issue still isnt' solved.
o2 customer service are sending me a new router, this means 4 days without Internet, poor service!
