Hi, I have a problem with Zugang Pin. The registering is always failed. The LED INFO is red. There was some guy come to my home to activate my internet 5 days ago. I have called the hotline, they told me only to reset the home box, but nothing was changed. The last information was waiting for a call, BUT in one week there was no response any more. 



I find someone have the same problem before, but there is no information about how to resolve this problem or how this problem was resolved. The service from O2 is really "mangelhaft".
