Wrongly charged for data roaming

as I see there was nothing extra charged for the data usage abroad.

Thanks for the reply. However, that is untrue since the amount I have in my account now is 3,58 €, while before the trip, the amount was 9,54€ (I was charged 5,96€ during my time in Rome from afternoon of 13.05 to morning of 15.05) and in the 'Einzelverbindungsnachweis' I downloaded from the online account, there were several charges for internet as seen below. Note that I wasn't charged when the internet was used in Germany, but was charged when I used it in Italy even though the package should cover EU. The package started on 13.05.2017. 

Upon further inspection, out of the 5,96€, Internet charge was 5,94€, while SMS charge was 0,02€. The SMS charge is correct, so I was overcharged by 5,94€.
