As new arrivals to Germany, we happily purchased 3 lines from o2, but I don't understand why a mistake can't be corrected on a timely manner.
Until now I have been to the O2 shop about 5 times trying to follow up with a wrongly deducted amount on my first invoice 5 months ago.
My contract has been faxed to you from the shop, and it was also discussed over the phone that indeed as per the contract the deductions were wrong. The amount is still not credited back to my account. And even worse, I received zero communication or update from o2.
Would appreciate and update and prompt action on returning my funds,
