Dear team,



I didn't receive any information before that a technician would come on the 4th of October between 12.00 and 16.00. I did receive a call from a technician who spoke no english and we didn't understand each other, however he decide to come on this date, even though I didn't know about it and for that reason I was not at home. I don't understand how is it possible that he decided this without my approval.



Also, I received calls from you, but I could never pick up because I was working and I didn't had no opportunity to answer them. If you have called aat 18.00 I could have answered you. I went to the physical shop in Bonn city center where I made the contract and the lady there told me she couldn't not help me, that I needed to call the client support phone when I am near the router for the internet. I did that and for many times I was uncessful. One time I managed to get my call answered after 30 minutes of waiting and the man in the phone told me there is no opportunity to speak english since he didn't speak and nobody else speaks english.



Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that I want to continue the contract, even though we have not used Internet until now due to problems we coudln't solve inspite our best efforts. Also, we can schedule the next appointment to next week, if possible, from 15.00 on, any day. I just need to know which day and which hours by e-mail, since by phone it is impossible for me since I don't speak german.



I have not been in Bonn these days but tomorrow I will go again to the physical shop to see if they can help me.
