Will the extra charges continue, and get higher? I had no detailed bill to explain why the bill was higher this month.

The EUR 0.39 must appear on page 2 of the invoice. What does it say? Verbindungen? Have you registered to receive an itemised bill?
Klingt nach ner MMS.
Thanks for prompt response. See the screenshots below. My bill is normally 19,99€. I am not sure where the 0.39€ came from. Also, this was supposed to be a 4 page bill, but they only sent me 3 pages.
How do I register for an itemised bill??
This is from page 2..

I didn't send any MMS.
Hello tifhen,
please look up your EVN (you can find it at "mein o2"). There is a list of all numbers you have dialed and which generated costs.

I've been getting this error message all week. Where in Mein O2 can you find this EVN? Can you give detailed instructions? TIA.
The EVN can be found under the respective bill as a small window ... but only if you have also commissioned him and you have agreed to the storage of your connection data.

By the way: if you send a multiple sms or a sms with specials signs, e. g. with emojis, some mobile phones make an mms of it. In this case it is not a fault, but due to the settings in the phone that can be changed by the user.
Your SIM has either made a call or sent an MMS. Maybe an App? If you are still convinced there is a billing error you will need to write to the address above.
I also would like to change my display name. How do I go about doing that?
Also @Sandroschubert , why was this question locked? https://hilfe.o2online.de/message/1237876-re-warum-gibt-es-in-diesem-monat-einen-aufpreis-von-039-auf-meiner-rechnung?co…
did you lock it??
did you lock it??
The question was locked because you posted the same issue twice and that is neither necessary nor permitted.
If you or any of the other people here liking your comments have any advice on how I can delete the other posting, please enlighten me.
It's ok, as it is now ... here is a picture of your profile, others do not look more than in the picture.
My view of "view as everyone" looked completely different. It was showing EVERYTHING

Sorry you are so sensitive. My tone was neutral and the information factually correct. You asked why the post was blocked and I told you why ;-)
Since we are non-apologising here, sorry you are so arrogant.
I am sensitive, but you also need to check your tone and know better to respond to people you are helping in public spaces. Maybe ask one of your colleagues here for help.
Schönen Sonntag.
I wasn't apologising as there is nothing to apologise for. I am sorry you think I am arrogant, but I actually think you are quite rude.
In the English-speaking world we call that condescending. You do realise that you are communicating with other customers here?
I am gong to end the conversation at this point as you have the answers you requested and I don't take kindly to being called arrogant just because you - by your own admission - are sensitive to a neutral tone. You may have taken my response the wrong way, but that is no excuse for being rude and condescending.

And now from my POV there is no need for me to apologise for anything. We can agree to disagree. Tchüss.
