Why is my bill so high

Normally my bill is 40 and this month it was 90! I can't see why there was there was

this extra 47€ in calls. Help! Is there no customer service for O2?

Did you formerly activate the function to get a list of connections additionally to your bill? If you did, you should see there which connections (calls, sms, etc) caused the costs. If not, it is now not possible anymore to find out retrogradely, because the informations have to be deleted according to German data-protection-laws..

Hi @Jasonconga,

you can check your itemised bill in your My o2 Account --> Rechnung (bills) --> Einzelverbindungen (itemised bill). The costs are due to SMS sent to Great Britain.
