And I've had no connection since 01.09.2018. However, I got charged 29,99 EUR on 09.03.2018, which is the same amount as the monthly cost of my former plan, and this money was returned to me on 02.10.2018. Therefore I just considered it a mistake and thought it was fixed. But I got charged again on 02.11.2018 by 37,52 EUR. What happened? I can no longer log in with my former account so I can't get any "bill" in my O2 mailbox anymore, hence that I don't know where this 37,52 EUR comes from. I guess the invalidity of my O2 account, along with no Internet connection and the confirmation letter shown above, show that I successfully terminated my contract with O2? Do you have any explanation for this fee? I would appreciate your help.

with the confiormation of the cancelation you should have recieved a new username that you can use to access the online portal and the invoice. The password ist stil the same.

Is it possible that you recieved a router from us for the time of the contract and that router was not sent back to us?

If this is the case, you will be charged for it.

You still can send it back using our logistics portal and will recieve back the money charged for it.
