Hello, 



in the last 2 months I tried to transfer my wifi contract to another person many times with O2. In the O2 shops the workers scanned the Vertragsinhaberwechsel and sent it to O2 via fax in front of me but I didn't receive any confirmation of the transfer. I also sent a letter with the data to the O2 headquarters in Nürnberg but so far no answer or proof that my contract has been transferred. What I have to do? Is there an online form to transfer it faster? I searched in my MeinO2 but I don't find it and the links provided in some forums don't work, they resent me to the main page without any option to transfer the contract. Can you help me please in speed up the process or find a quicker solution?



And does O2 send me an e-mail when the transfer is complete?
