I would like to not extend my contract which is ending and at 15.08.16. Today I look on my o2 app. and saw that contract was extendend, if I good understood. Why and how? And what do I have to do it now to cancel that. I'm leaving country till end of the year.

Hi,



these contracts do not end by themselves, they have to be cancelled actively, e.g. by a letter. If not cancelled, they get prolonged automatically for further 12 months.



But if you will leave our country, it can be ended nonetheless. A moderator will surely be so kind and send you a form, by which you can announce your leaving country. You will have to prove it by certain documents. o2 will then charge you an extra fee.
