Hi,



I want to upgrade my DSL plan from 50mbps to 100mbps.



I tried to do it in a O2 store, but got no luck as they told me to call to customer service, but I don't speak german.



I gold told trough @o2de on Twitter that I can request it on this community page, is that possible?

I had a look into this. In this case there is unfortunately nothing that we can do for you. It is a business DSL contract and we do not have access for changes in business contract types. So the way that I recommend is to call the Business hotline and order the changes that you neeed. If you do not speak any german at all I recommend to call with a friend of yours who does so since we can not promise that you will reach an english speaking agent.

What does it mean having a business contract?



I always had this plan and I don’t remember upgrading it.



Is there any way to “downgrade” that plan?

again there is nothing that we can do for you regarding this contract here in the forum. The only way is to contact the business hotline since we can do no changes or offers at all for this contract, sorry.
