Dear o2,



I was informed that I had revoked the deduction after asking the billing department for the refund of one of my customer number account, which leads to the charge of 4 euro. Moreover I was also informed that there is still a positive balance in that account. Can't you just deduct the positive balance of the account to pay out the fee ? If it is not possible to do so, could you please inform me on which customer number should I Puy on the "Referral" since I have 2 customer numbers and I don't want to transfer the 4 euro to another account and being charged for the refund again. my customer number were xxxxxxx381 and xxxxxxx917



Ps. I am not living in Germany anymore and I have also terminated my German bank account already.

Hi o2,

It has been a month since I have been waiting and still have not got an answer.

Now I have came up with another question. I got another email saying that I have to pay 8 Euro as a picture shown below. Can you give me an idea where is that amount of money came from and why do I still have to pay for it as I have cancelled my number since April.



PS. I asked my friend to call the hotline, but it didn't work because they could not find my customer numbers
