I have a complicated situation. 



Oct 2014 - set up o2 Dsl contract at a store. We were later told o2 could not deliver internet to us at our address, so we sent all hardware (router) back. A week later, we received a call telling us they could connect us, we said yes because we didn't understand the phone call, but had already signed up with Vodafone. 



For two years we have been paying for o2 Dsl service, but not been using it. Now, we have moved and would like to transfer the contract to the current tenants of our old apartment. We have found the form, however we need the hardware. 



My questions are, how do we get a new modem? Have we already paid for it? Can I do this in an o2 store?
