I have one question.



I closed my o2 account in April 2018 and received a charge of EUR 8.33 in June due to the last days of use, but I could not pay because I am no longer living in Germany, and I no longer have a bank account. Now I received another bill of EUR 12.33. I want to know if I can make a transfer of this value, instead of a direct debit?
