Hello, I did top up on 6th-Jan from website, and credit card company applied it next day, but the amount of my account didn't change? Could you help me to check what's happened?

Good morning, is this your first try with the "Expressaufladung"? (Credit Card or Paypal) If it is, you have to wait a few days.

A Voucher, or directupload with a german bank account is def. faster.
