Regarding the Subject, the written notice of termination(DSL- contract) has been delivered to the below address on Monday, 11 June 2018, according to Post Office.

Kundennummer is DE12178750 and the effective date of termination is the end of September 2018.
I would like to have confirmation to secure a mutually acceptable outcome as it's stated in my letter as well.I have so far received no response from o2.With that, could you please advise whom I should contact to receive/discuss it?:-) Thanks a lot in advance.

Thanks a lot for your kind attention and asking me!
Actually, I've received a letter of request that they need evidence to proof. e.g. document of 'Abmeldung'.
Based on their request, I have sent O2 the documents( a copy of Abmeldung) to meet that requirement as I left Germany already.
Thereafter, the response from O2 was still not positive, in which it will end based on the extended period that they specified (March, 2019), although the residence for me is not available.
However, It doesn't make sense to maintain it by ignoring my request( 3months beforehand) for a proper reason/situation.
Could you give me some advice on this what should I do?

You are welcome and I am sorry to hear that. Unfortunately you have to provide some evidence to proove that you have indeed moved. The "Abmeldung" is one of two documents which you have to provide in order to cancel the contract ahead of schedule. You also need to provide either a conformation of your new landlord or the "Anmeldebestätigung" in your new country of residence. o2 is not "ignoring" your request, it is probably waiting for you to provide the second part.
