Hello Community!
I'm trying to order the contract on the website, but I’m getting a constant refusals. I’m officially registered I’m Germany since December, have my tax ID and banking account here. I even tried with this “1 month termination” contract and still nothing.
Any ideas?

What type of contract? Mobile? Landline/Broadband?
What do you mean by "constant refusals"?

Sorry for not being precise.
Mobile contract.
I was trying to order it several times via www. The first time with a device, then 24m contract without a device, and at the end this “1-month-notice-period” contract. Every single time I’m getting the email that says: Leider müssen wir Ihnen mitteilen, dass wir Ihrer Bestellung nicht entsprechen können.

The reason for that could be that if you have only been in Germany for a month then when o2 does a credit check no information is coming up or you do not yet have a credit score. This is an automatic process but in the emails it should say that you can write to o2 to request more information and for your order to be reviewed. The alternative might be for you to get a prepaid card for the first few months and then try again in a few months.
Thanks bs0. Any clue how long you have to be registered in Germany, to be able to sign the contract and if, when already entitled do do sow, I will be free to switch between prepaid and postpaid staying with the same number?
I don't think there is a specific length of time as there are several factors which are taken into account as part of a company's risk assessment. Personally I would try again after 4 - 6 months.
You can switch from prepaid to postpaid and keep your number.
