Hello,
I have a "o2 all in m flex" contract that should have been terminated by now, but I am still paying.
I sent my written cancellation request (einschreiben) on September 30th.
On Deutsche post mail website, it says it was delivered on October 4th.
I am no longer in Germany because I have finished my masters degree.
I though that this plan could be canceled anytime.... anyways I sent proof that I was not longer going to reside in Germany (although it should not be necessary).
My phone number was: 0176xxxxx808
I have not used it since October...

The only problem is, that, because of your note that you want to cancel because of moving abroad, they send it to the department that care for these cancellations.
But you only should have send a normal cancellation.
It should have already been deactivated, you're absolutely right. What I do now is to put a discount on your tariff, which will give you 100% discount on the basic fee of this month. So, I give you that discount, so that you will not have to pay the basic fee, and put the deactivation date of your contract at the 30th. Tomorrow the discount will be activated and then the whole contract will be deactivated.
And another information- when I activate the new discount, you'll get an e-mail of your tariff again. It's the same that you got when you activated your tariff, just with the new discount mentioned. So, when it says thank you for your new tariff or anything, it's just your old e-mail!
Everything is okay then.
Kind regards,
Jessica
