Hallo O2 community, this is my problem.



I Live in Berlin, DE. I signed a contract with o2 4 weeks ago.



A technician arrived on Tuesday, 4 days ago. After one hour, he also fixed something in the basement, he told me that the router would arrive soon.



But my status orden online is still the same:



Gute Nachrichten - Ihre Neue O2 DSL-Leitung ist nun bestellt.



Aktivierungstermin 11.12.2018 (zwischen 8 und 12 Uhr)



Good news, your new 02 DSL line is now ordered.



Activation date: 11.12.2018, interlocutory from 8am to 12am



I don't know if there is something i can do for speed up the process.

What I have to do now?

Is the router on his road?

Why the page in my activation status is still the same?

sorry to hear that your router still has not arrived. I escalated this issue internally so that the router will be sent to you as soon as possible.

Today is 20th of December. The technician arrived 9 days ago. I'm still without a router and obviously without internet at home.



My activation page is still the same, it tells me that the activation date will be on 11.12.2018. 9 days ago. 9 days for sending a router with no informations at all.



No one know anything in three different o2 shops, at the call center they just told me "excuse me we are fixing the problem". I have no informations, I just can read the same page day after day.

as far as I can see the router meanwhile was handed to the shipping company and should reach you within a short time. You recieved an email and should be able to use the tracking number to find the live status of the shipment.
