I changed the plan from Blue to Select in the end of May. In the invoice 1104515517/05 I can see an item "Tarifumstellung - 01.06.2016" 16,7983, which is incorrect - the change of the tarif is supposed to be free of charge. Please credit the amount back.

Correction... changed the Blue Select to Smart
Where or how did you change (online, hotline, shop, chat?)? Did you prolong your contract at the same time?
It was time to prolong the contract. I logged into "Mein O2" (Online) and selected an option to prolong with the tarif change. There was no information about any costs of the change. After that I received a confirmation email saying:
"Vielen Dank für Ihre Vertragsverlängerung bei O2...
...
Ihr neuer Tarif: O2 Blue Smart
monatlich: 19,99 € 24 M. Laufzeit
einmalig: 0,- €
..."

I wonder what's the right way to contact O2 guys regarding the issue with Invoice?
