I was on I-phone 7 contract with you guys since Oct 2016- oct 2018. In June when I went to a store of O2 to inquire when can I cancel the O2 data calling contract of mine from 25,99€ to a minimum amount Tariff, they sales guy in O2 store tells me to come and check in the month of September to change it. Today I visited a O2 store and get to know that my O2 contract is extended till 2019 without even sending me an email. I mean this is ridiculous. When I check my O2 online account it shows that the contract is extended. When I am trying to reach O2 customer service to inform that I want to change the tariff of the extended contract no one is responding to the hotline number. Could anyone tell me how to proceed Kindly look into the matter and help me out. I want to change the Tarifplan with O2 after Oct 2018.
