Hi,

Could you please let me know how could I deactivate Surf Upgrade M? I want to deactivate it but I couldn't find any option in O2 panel. So please deactivate it for me or let me know how I can deactivate it.

Hi @behnam,

Normally you can discontinue that subscribtion at "mein o2 - Tarife & SIM-Karte", obiviously that didn´t work.

I set the cancellation for you, youre surfupgrade will end 17.01.17
