After the T-com technician came I had my DSL light on and I had problems with my Zugangs-PIN, I submitted a question and left the router alone. Two days after that the DSL light went off. Now my status changed in my profile that the DSL connection is available since 24th, but whenever I try to start the set-up it says check your cables. Also again I could not reach the technical support over the phone.

Have you still tried a factory reset of the router?
