Hi,

My contract will ends on 24.02.2017 and I recently canceled my contract and after that I got an E-mail saying that you (O2) have special offer for me. For that I was asked to call to a customer service number(0800 021 44 44) and when I call the number I was asked to call to a different number (017688855222) and then they said that they have a special offer for me such as Landline flat, Mobile all network flat, SMS flat and 20GB internet flat(50bps) for 14.99 euros per month.

Next day I got an E-mail saying that my new plan has been activated immediately (where as it should activate only after end of my current contract) and the tariff is completely different such as Landline flat, Mobile all network flat, SMS flat and 2GB internet flat (50bps) for 14.99 euros per month. Which is completely different what they promised me on phone.

And I just told them to send me the new offer via to my E-mail, where I can it look at and if I like that, then I will take it. But they simply activated the offer. Now I don't know how to change the offer.

Please find the attachment(besonderes Angebot).

Kind regards,

Izaz

Hello Izaz,

I have now deleted your attached document, because this is a public forum, and everyone can read your personal data.

It sounds like you should have got 10 times as much data volume as you have now. Our special offer that one department can give is about the 10 times as much data volume (I don't really have a translation for English, I hope you can understand what I mean- Data volume * 10). I opened an order to check that. But for your information- it always takes until 14 days until that offer is activated.

Kind regards,

Jessi

Thank you so much for your reply. But in my offer its no where written that  data volume will be 10 times more (2GB*10time.)

Good morning to you,

when you already got the written confirmation about the tariff details, there is only mentioned what is activated now.

If the data volume is not active, you can't find it in the written form. ☺️

Kind regards,

Jessica
