I'm supposed to pay 82€ (+VAT) for data; your (newlly installed) app shows me I have1GB available - obviously a bug

hence, my question - how is gonna pay for it? IMHO I should be paied for doing QA work on your software

eager on your response!

btw, o2... ironically the link to "feedback to web page" is broken... now I understand the change in slogan from "o2 can do"

I am looking (on your pages) for a way to get help on this matter since a few days now - it is unbelivable how hard you made it to get help - like the simple telefon number or clear link to "HELP" both missing

Let me guess: You are using an o2o?

The 1 GB ist shown there since years and means that the speed is slowed down after 1GB.

You should know which tarif you use and which services are included.

oh I see.. it's my fault for trusting an official o2 app and the official web site (the info is also on the site, after I login, present), right?

Maybe if you drop the attitude people will be more inclined to help.

What tarif do you have, what exactly have you been billed for and why is this wrong in your opinion? An App doesn't override a contract.

I'll try to be as calm as a 15 years customer by O2, who just got overbooked with almost 100€, and can't directly contact o2, can be

so:

- can't tell you which tarif I have - magically I get an error message as I try to access those details (not sure if somebody is messing with it as I write)

- I'v been billed for data transfer which I only used as the official o2 app indicated I had 1GB volume at my disposal

oh, thank you! I missed the details... now it is clearly indicated as available and not only hinted; worth mentioning, the data was access in Germany i.e. Inland

contract is a genion

Why are you believe the 1 GB is free of charge?

You pay for all data by TIME over GSM/UMTS/LTE.

As mentioned before, the 1 GB is a volume limit, not a free of charge volume!

you must be kidding me, right?

you seem to be german; the screenshot leaves no doubt! fortunately, the german language is very precise - "included" does not imply any of the bs you wrote! how about you just admit that there is a bug and you stop trying to turn it around - be a big boy! 😉

Grow up yourself. If you are old enough to enter into a contract then you are old enough to understand that a contract is binding based on the terms of the contract and not on the wording in an App. So again: What Tarif do you have? Look at your invoice and/or the contract itself if you are unsure.
