I have a new Huawei P20 phone, into which I have put my contract O2 nanoSIM. I can call and use LTE but can't send any text messages.

I have set the service centre number to +491760000443 and still no luck.



Can anybody help me please? 🙂 thanks in advance!

do me a favor and switch off 4G on your device and then try to send an SMS while you are in 3G networks. Does that work?

thanks for testing, this was helpful to find the right solution.

I reconfigured you SIM-cad registration.

Please turn 4G back on, restart your phone and test again in 4G ;-)
