I have recharged my account today(20.02) with 15 EUR, tried to activate the Smart300 Pack, but they only took my 9.99 EUR and did not activate any pack.
Can you please check and fix this problem?

sorry for the late response, haven't been working for quite a long time.
As I see you activated a new pack now on the 7th of March. Is it working now?
The last one, which should have been activated at the 20th of February, after you've recharged your card, got also deactivated just 2 hours later again. So, as I see you really could not use it.
I'm going to charge the 9,99€ back on your card now, so that you do not have any loss.
