I am an english speaker, after paying for a fresh 5gb of data. I keep getting texts asking for certain numbers of a recharge pin I never got. The payment definitely went through and on my o2 page I can see I have the data but my phone does not have any service and I keep getting asked for the recharge pin. Also the video chat page is not working for me.

Everything looks fine for me, the pack is active.
When you dont have any service:
-please restart your phone
-reset your network settings
Does ist work now?
