Hi,



I just got my SIM Card from O2. I’m trying to activate it on the website but it keeps telling me I’m entering the wrong information when it asks for my birthday and the SIM card number (which I have double checked a lot).



I’ve read several threads where people say there might be something wrong with the website itself.



I really tried to call but my limited German won’t take me too far.



What can I do?
