sim activation online a real struggle and impossible

Cannot get thru to anyone on video chat to activate my sim/verify identity in English. A blank white screen pops up every time. PURE Frustration.

    welcome to the o2 community!

    There are some things that can influence the connection, for example ad blockers or cookies.
    If you cannot make it work, you can also get your prepaid card verified at the nearest post office.
