I have a very serious issue.



I have an another account and I sent O2 a letter to cancel this last August 2016 and it should be close last year December 22, 2016.



But It still there and keeps charging me.



No idea what is going on.



Please, Please help me.

I can see 2 data sets of you.



One is the old one, with the old number ending with 485 at the end. This is deactivated since August last year. So, there is nothing else active, and you also do not get any invoices or anything there.



On your other account you have 2 mobile numbers, one ending with 84 and one ending with 61. They are both active since December 2016. That's everything I found. ☺️



Or do you have another number under another name?

Here is the thing.



I just got an email from you guys yesterday and charged me some money which is for fee for April.



It is not reasonable for me. because It should be closed last year December 22tn 2016.



and you guys charged me on March 49.99 euro which is I don't understand.



Not only charged me the money also where is the 49.99 come from?



My mobile plan was 39.99.



I need to get these money back please.
