I just re-sent the early cancellation request for my phone contract via FAX, as a result of insufficient documents from my last posted mail. In the fax line-up, you should have received:



 



a) the complete filled out form as requested (stating to cancel the plan from beginning February 2017 and informed all addresses),



b) proof of leaving the apartment in Berlin in January,



c) official letter from my future employer proving that I will work there in-person from February,



d) copies of our flight tickets to Vancouver, Canada in February from Vienna with my wife. 



 



I sent the fax from the post office in Vienna, Austria - as my parents live here and this will be the city for where we depart when we leave Europe.



 



I believe this package should satisfy the needs of cancelling my phone contract early and I have noted that I will be paying a 3-month free as a result. 



Can I please ask you if you could confirm that you and the team received the fax of 5 pages in total and that we can proceed? If you haven't received it, I'll be ready to send it via posted mail again tomorrow as I am back in Berlin then.



You have been super helpful, supportive and responsive. I hope you can help me complete my request. 



 



I created a new thread because I couldn't find the reply function anymore in the original thread due to the redesign of the web page(?). I would very much appreciate your continued support here and process the final stages of cancelling my plan as I leave Germany.
