I ordered an S10 phone on March 24. The website clearly said it was ready to be shipped the day after. Five days later the status of the order still reads Vorbestellung, not even Bearbeitung! If I pretend to buy another one, the website always says it would be ready to be shipped the day after. Is it really necessary the lie to your customers, instead of acknowledging the item is in backorder?
Could you please give me an real estimate of when can I expect to receive the device? Browsing through the forum I've read some topics indicating five days to be the max. expected delivery time. which is today...
