Good day everyone;



please excuse me using English as my German isn't good enough to write or ask this kind of questions.



I have O2 Homebox 6441 router and I had some problems with Internet connection so I've decided to turn it of, via the switch in the back, for a few seconds and then turn it on again. But my router won't turn on anymore, the power led is not turning on nor do the other ones as well. I have tried to take out the power cord while the router is switched on, via the switch in the back, and then putting it back in but with no luck; it still doesn't work. It just wont turn on, as if it has broken down. No led's are flashing, glowing or showing.



Hope someone can read this and be of any help.

Hi,



if there are no lights on in my opinion the router is broken, for this you have to contact the o2-techical hotline by 0800-5251378 to get a new one. 



A problem by this way maybe that there is a voice-routing in german, so if you don´t get a german speaking friend you can also use the live chat to write in english. If there no english supporter in work maybe a presenter like @o2_Jessica‌ can show you a helpfull way.
