reschedule appointment

so someone it's suppose would come today to set up my internet, but this didn't happen.. then i got a email what say i should call and reschedule the appointment but i don't speak german..anyway to do the reschedule online or in english?

to do this you have to legitimate yourself by your four-digit personal customer key, either here or at the hotline. I see some had called the hotline, that was not you and was not able to name that number.
I'll send you a private message from the o2_Support, to get this number from you.
Can you tell me what reason was named in the email? Why the hasn't the technician visite you?
