Hi,



Like many others I have had the worst experience with o2 (this comment only applies to o2 in Germany). Basically it is far too difficult to ask a question and get an answer.



In my case I have cancelled my DSL contract. After I received a phonecall for the "2nd" confirmation of cancellation I then finally received a letter saying it would be cancelled on the 30th April 2017.



All good so far.



In May I then received a bill for the period of May. I dont understand. My contract has been cancelled and I owe nothing as I have paid up to the end date.



Please correct this and remove this amount owing and close my account.
