rent the router

I applied a O2 DSL and installed yesterday, but I forgot apply the router, so I still can't use the network. I want to add the router rent in my current contract and how can I do it on website, the hotline is too hard to call in.

What tariff you have? 24 months contract or without? If you have zero months contract I strongly recommend to buy a router by yourself and not to rent. In zero months contract you must pay 50 Euro extra one time.
I recommend for a beginner a free red Fritzbox 7430 (only 2.4Ghz Wifi) or 7530 (2.4/5Ghz Wifi)

    If you want to rent or buy a router the Fritzbox 7530 is quite okay since it also supports the new "DSL Super Vectoring" which allows up to 250MBit/s on the connection.
