Regarding contract termination while leaving Germany

Dear O2 Team,

I have requested the termination of my O2 M mobile phone contract and DSL contract on 21.03.2019 through FAX from O2 shop. I have not received any confirmation yet.

I also have my sent the Abmeldung form by the Augsburg Stadt, Confirmation by employer for the end of employment and my flight ticket to Home country.

My DSL Customer number: DExxxxx66, My mobile number was: 0176xxxxx989.
Can you please confirm the contract termination?

Hi @kiran_uthappa,

I can confirm that your mobile contracts will end on 31st March 2019 (you will get one final bill in April).
Also, we have received your request regarding your DSL contract, its cancellation is currently in progress, if there are any further questions we will contact you.
