Hello o2 community,



From early August, my DSL - Internet/Telephone turned off surprisingly, and not until beginning October was it fixed. This was after many hours trying to call customer service. Most times the representative hung up on me or did not want to help. I later learned that many o2 customers were going through the same problem as me (no internet/telephone). I was receiving SMS messages saying my case was being worked on.



In the last call to o2, the representative spoke English and said that I will get a refund for the time I did not have any DSL - Internet/Telephone.



I would like to know the steps for getting my refund.
