Hello,
I have applied for a package with Huawei Mate 20 Pro + Huawei T3 10 Tablet along with "O2 Free M mit 10 GB".
I received smartphone and tablet on friday/saturday, not really sure, but still have not received SIM card or official contract.
It was written in few emails that SIM card will probably arrive separately, but I am not sure will it take too long.
Also, I had to pay or top-up some deposit in order to receive the smartphone, will it be used for first few bills or how it works?
Is there any way I can check for my SIM card online or in any way.
My order number is WSHW30704990, as it stands in the email.
Thanks in advance.

Just as an update:
I received all the stuff, so the SIM cards and contract.
Still, it is not so clear how my deposit is handled?
Hi @JackMic ,
welcome to the o2 community!
Good to see that you have received everything as planned!
The raised deposit for hardware is credited against the normal rates, which means that you will not be billed for a regular rate until the deposit is "used up", as it were.
Once the amount of the deposit is equal to the rates that you would've paid if it wasn't for the raised deposit, the usual rates will be debited from your account again.
Best regards,
Jan.
