!Hi, I bought an o2 simcard for 20 euro and asked to have 10 euro credit and not the 200 point package (because i sometimes use it internationally). Now i wrote a message to a mexican phone nr and I ran out of credit right away. I asked the store where I bought for help and they explained that they booked me the 200 points instead and that they cant do anything. Please help, how can I get my credit back? Instead of giving the credit, they gave the package. Which was used up by just 1 message to a foreign number. In total I made just 1 short call and 4 messages.
My question is, what can I do to get my credit back?

so you mean something like a welcome present for your prepaid card?
You have no itemised bill so I can not check what you've said. If you like we can engage it for you that you have one in future, so that we can check everything if you would like to be able to relate to your calls and messages etc.
