I need your support with a problem with my account. I have the mobile number 0176-2xxxxxx0 and some weeks ago I saw a promotion in O2 to have 2GB and pay 19,99 Euros. I made this contract online and also requested to maintain my mobile 0176-2xxxxxx0 for this contract.
Some days after I saw that this didn’t happen and I called O2. I talked with Mrs. Sxxxxxx Hxxxxxx and she was very attentive and informed me that the contract with the number 0176-31158584 would be canceled and she offered a new contract with 3 GB to pay 19,99 Euros for my number 0176-2xxxxxx0.
After some days I saw that nothing changed and I called again and I was informed that it was not possible to maintain my number (0176-2xxxxxx0) with the new 3GB contract.
Then we agreed to cancel the contracts of both numbers 0176-3xxxxxx4 and 01577-2xxxxxx5 and only maintain my number 0176-2xxxxxx0 with 1,5 GB for 19,90.
Two days ago we received a new contract with the value of 34,98 Euros that I did not request.
Please I would like your support to make the following changes as soon as possible as it has already taken two calls and nothing seems solved:
Contract 0176-3xxxxxx4 – Cancel
Contract 01577-2xxxxxx5 – Cancel
Contract 0176-2xxxxxx0 – continue with 1,5 GB and value of 19,90.
I am only one person therefore I do not need and I do not want and I cannot pay for three lines.
