Hello,



Yesterday I was trying to activate my prepaid sim card and the people in the store rushed me out without explaining what to do to activate. I was receiving texts but I didn't realize or understand that they had given me a printed out topup card which I needed to use before my prepaid L plan would activate.



I called the service hotline in an attempt to ask what I was doing wrong but there was no service in English. I also didn't realize I was getting charged credit for that call which meant that once I eventually figured out that I needed to use this printed top up card my account was a few cents short of the required 24.99... I have had problems like this with prepaid plans in the past and often calling customer support they will give you difference as a convenience but of course I can't call and explain my problem in this case. I would top up the extra amount online but it would let me put payments through without a german debit/credit card and I have only just arrived and have not set up an account yet.



Can an o2 employee help me with this from the forum? Thanks!
