I ordered DSL connection on 06.06.2017 and I received an appointment with a technician on 27.07.2017. On that day telecom technicians came but they said that they can not to establish a connection because port or cable in my room is broken and I need to contact my landlord to fix it, and after that, I should make a new appointment. I contacted my landlord and described a problem. The technician from landlord came and made the repair. He also said that I need to call telecom technician to connect my apartment port to the line in the basement box. I tried to reach hotline but I do not speak German and I do not pass through autoresponder to get to the operator. I also went to the nearest o2 shop, described the situation and they said that my line has already activated and everything should be right otherwise I should call a hotline. Could you help me to pass through auto responder on hotline (which number should I press to get to the operator) or how can I arrange an appointment with a technician in another way?
