Probems with O2 go prepaid surfstick

Hello,

I bought an O2 Go prepaid package (includes a sim cart, a surfing stick and a free coupon) and while I have successfully installed on my laptop, it still shows "no service" when it comes to the internet. I think I am supposed to activate the sim card but the O2 website is in german and I am not able to do it properly. I think this might be the problem, unless there is something else I am missing! Can anyone help?

Media Markt must activate the pack / sim card. Did they? Today or yesterday?

A further registration is not nessesary / not possible.

You should have recived the "Ihre Prepaid Registrierung - Kundendaten" containig your name, address, birthday etc. and "Ihre Prepaid Registrierung - Weitere Vertragsbedingungen" forms.

From media markt. They didn't offer to install it for me.

No they didn't and I never received any forms from them! I bought it on Monday, it has been a few days but I will try to go back and ask them to install it for me! Thanks!

Please take your passport with you. It's necessary for the activation.
