Hello.



I am Lee.



I'd like to ask for "O2" to use internet "O2 DSL All-in L".



I received from "O2" the E-mail to active information(included Zugang-Pin) of internet on 16 June.



The technician came to my house to active the internet, and It seemed to has no problem.(It was on 4. July)



However "Zugang-Pin" number didn't work, and the situation was exactly same as the link "https://"



and the next day "O2" sent me a phone massage, it said "the information was wrong, so we will send you a new information"(It was on 5. July)



I got a new e-mail from "O2" attached files included Zugang-Pin data on 12 July.



I connected the internet of router, and inserted the "Zugang-Pin" number again.



But it failed with same situation before. 



So I confirmed the E-mail and compared on the E-mail which I got from "O2" before.



Then the new e-mail and the PDF file of which "O2" sent me again was completely same thing.



On the other words, the E-mails I received on 16 June and  on 12 July were same.



I tried to call to hotline number, but It was impossible to talk with customer service officer, because announce was totally in German.



I couldn't understand that and I didn't know how I could do.



So next, I tried to talk with "live chat of O2" on the internet twice. But They didn't speak in English but in German, so I tried to talk to them with Google translation. Finally it failed. and I don't know why even now but "live chat of O2" blocked me so I cannot use Live chat anymore.

I've sent messages about this problem to "Facebook of O2" as well. But no any response even now. 



Also I couldn't find O2 service center's E-mail address, I sent a E-mail to O2's E-mail address which I've received before, but it was not useful E-mail address.



  



Conclusively, I can't use the internet now, because Zugang-Pin is not correct so I can't activate the router.



How can I do to get a valid Zugang-pin?

Please help me.

same happened to me



after an umzug



there was no line so Deutsche Telekom came (25 days after)



the connection was activated last week (4 days)



but the red light on Info LED and the Internet LED still off



what is wrong?
