I have the above tariff plan active. I was told when purchasing the prepaid sim that O2 to O2 calls are free. In my account it shows that I have validity till 07/06/2016. Why am I not able to make calls to other O2?? How did my credit balance reduce to zero, I always call only to my O2 friends. 



I bought this sim in Oct 2016 for €10 and I have recharged it till now as below



4th November 2016 -  €15



6th December 2016 -  €15. 



I was also told that If I recharge for  €15 consecutively 2 times every month, then I get free credit for the 3rd month. 







Please help.

seems like the display is wrong.



With you number 37 at the end you still have credit on your card. And your Smart M Bonus is active, yes. Also I do not see any calls that were with costs. So, everything looks good.



Referring to your call problems-



is there only a problem when you try to call one number, all numbers, or only o2 numbers?



Is it only a problem concerning the telephony, or also data usage and messages?



Do you have that problem everywhere or only at one special location?



And what happens when you try to call someone and that doesn't work? Is the line just empty, or do you get a message or anything?
