Dear o2 Team, last weekend I was in Vienna, Austria. I always use o2 when I travel around EU so it was the case this time.

However on Sunday, September 30th, I tried to to call a landline in Serbia for numerous times without any sucess. I would receive a beep-beep tone and the call would end without going through. Or I would receive a voice message from Austrian "3" network stating that the number does not exhist. At the end, my credit fell below 1 EUR, and therefore I would like to lodge a complaint. This is the first time ever since May 2015 to experience something like that.
Hi!

Did you checked the following pages in "Mein o2" ?

Hi mikicam.

Thanks for the hint. I have checkes the data. The charges are technically correct as every connection was at least for one second in the network and you are charged for started minutes. As Serbia is not in the EU, calls to Serbia are charged. If you were able to use other network services in this period, it would indicate that there may have been a local network issue in Serbia.

Even if charging you is correct, I can see that those connections haven't been very enjoyable as they have ended very fast. I refunded 5€ to your account.

Best regrards, Niko
