I made a request for the termination of the following contract 6033805366 (returned to Canada). I spoke earlier with one of your colleagues and it seems that it is a misunderstanding about my permanent residency in Canada. Please let me know how can I provide you quickly this proof of permanent residency in Canada (the FAX is not working, so preferably by e-mail).

Please note that XXX from O2 sent me an e-mail the 19th of June 2017 requesting only the Abmeldung (wich I provided) in order to terminate the contract.
